Membership

WARUCC membership is open to educational institutions, organizations and vendors working in the registrarial fields at all levels.

Institutional membership may be granted to schools, colleges and universities upon assessment by the WARUCC Executive. The annual fee for membership is $75 and includes one individual membership.
Individual membership is granted to staff and faculty of member institutions. The annual fee for individual membership is just $5.
Institutional/Associate Member Application Form

Associate membership may be extended to interested persons accepted by the Association from an agency not eligible for Institutional membership. The annual fee for associate membership is only $30.

Corporate membership may be extended to businesses that supply products and services relevant to the registrarial profession at institutional members. The fee for corporate membership is assessed Biennially upon negotiation for participation at the WARUCC Biennial Conference.
Corporate membership is arranged with the upcoming WARUCC Biennial Conference Committee.

MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

This is a very simple procedure for new members. Just send an email to the member-at-large for your district (see list below) with the following information:

1.  Your Institution's name along with institutional address, phone, fax and web address.
 
2.  Indicate if your institution is affiliated with another post-secondary institution and specify that affiliation if necessary.
3.  Indicate if your institution is provincially/territorially funded  or  privately funded  or funded by some other means (specify if the latter).
4.  Indicate if your institution is a member of ARUCC.
5.  Indicate if your institution is a member of ACCC.
6.  Indicate if your institution is a member of another accrediting body and specify if necessary.
 
7.  Your name, title, phone, fax and email address.
