Taking place in Edmonton, the capital city of Alberta, at the Delta Hotels Edmonton Centre Suites, the Future Ready conference will provide you with the opportunity to meet your fellow colleagues and WARUCC members, learn new ways to support your staff and students, and be motivated by presentations from engaging speakers.

WARUCC would like to acknowledge that land we are gathering on for the conference is situated in Treaty Six Territory. Registration Fees

Registration Fee Notes: 

• Early bird registration rates have been extended to May 2, 2025.
• To receive the member registration rate, individuals who are employed by a member institution should ask their institution's WARUCC administrator to be added to the institution's bundle.
• To receive the student-employee rate, the individual must be a full time student employed by a member organization in a part-time capacity or on a co-op work placement.
• Cancellations received in writing by 11:59 p.m. CST June 6, 2025 will be eligible for a refund minus a $50 administration fee. Refunds will not be available after June 6, 2025; however, delegate substitution will be allowed.  Contact secretary@warucc.ca to cancel a registration or to make a substitute.
